The SALE is coming...

It didn't take me long to discover the Lumen Christi Catholic High School's Rummage Sale. It's a junk bonanza. It's also totally mayhem. I'm a little nervous about my junking adventure this year because I have to take Jack along and he's not always easy to control in these environments. It's getting hard to balance him on one hip (he's over 30 lbs now) and manuveur through a crowd carrying an ugly chair on the other hip, but anything worth doing is hard.

Here' my favorit find from last year...it cost me a whole $1.

I think she turned out great. It's one of my favorite transformations and I haven't brought myself to get rid of her. Now I'm in the market for a new dining room table, so maybe I'll end up using her in the dining room. I've been thinking of adding some kind of stenciled number to her...we'll see
Anyway, if your not too far from Jackson, Mi... I highly recommend stopping by the sale. It's held at the Lumen Christi Catholic High School and it's from 1 - 8 p.m. tomorrow, April 9 and 9 a.m. -12 p.m. on April 10.

I'm linking this to Miss Mustard Seed's Furniture Feature Friday and I'm hoping to find plenty of other broken down candidate's to bring back to life.
